Now that we're half way through January, are some of our New Year's resolutions falling by the wayside? For any of you who resolved to drop some weight, here are a couple of ideas to help you stick with your plan.
I've seen quite a few ads on TV early this year featuring Oprah who is encouraging people to try Weight Watchers. Here's something from Weight Watchers that I haven't seen in those ads:
Some diet plans tell us that we should eat only when seated at the table. Here's a new table that might help even with that idea:
It seems as if you might cheat only once with that contraption.
I know I said I would probably not be posting, but these were just too good not to share. Some readers who didn't want to see me stop blogging suggested that I do the occasional, very short post. So there's one of who knows how many.
