Catching up a little

During the interval when I wasn't posting to my blog, I was still collecting funny odds and ends. Today's post is some of the funny pictures and comics that came my way. There's no real theme to it, other than being things I find humorous.

I'll start off with several things for you cat lovers/haters.

This next one is not so much about dogs as it is about a fail in the placement of a price tag.

Here are couple about high and low technology.

Here are several about that feature we love to hate — autocorrection!

Here are several from a comic strip called "Close to Home." They may be a little too close to home....

Here are two about some other love/hate relationships — social media and finding truthful news.

I'll end with one that will make this an even dozen, if I have counted correctly. It's one of the best tips I've seen on one of the latest dietary crazes — kale.

I'll be back at you soon!

Sometimes, I’ll watch a movie that I watched when I was younger and suddenly realize I had no idea what was going on when I first saw it.

Cooking Your Dog is probably from the same series that has Woking Your Dog.

Hi Prof. Loach. I’ve missed your blog! I thought about you while I was wandering around Paris last month. (I attended the Paris airshow at Le Bourget airport). I enjoyed having you as my French teacher in the 70’s at Inter City Christian, and credit you with me being able to read the signs around France. Sincerely, Bob Keen

That’s great, Bob! It’s nice to know that some of my teaching “stuck.” 🙂 At Le Bourget you were not far away from some of my relatives.
